William is an experienced Accountant having worked as an external auditor for over twenty-Six (26) years. He has thus developed vast experience in carrying out statutory audits and interim reviews and is an expert in IFRS.  William holds a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and a Master’s degree in Finance and is also a Certified Public Accountant in Public Practice (CPA - PP). He is a registered member of the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA) in good standing.

Prior to joining ABA Alliance, he worked with KPMG   for over thirteen (13) years growing to Senior Audit Manager level. His experience in auditing ranges from audits of Not-for-Profit entities which include: Donor funded projects; Government Bodies/Departments and NGOs. He also has audited body corporates in various sectors ranging from Mining; Manufacturing; Aviation related companies and Service-oriented companies. Throughout his carrier, William has developed a special interest in financial analysis. In pursuit of this passion, he has been able to develop financial analytical tools which have proved handy and useful in building capacities over financial analytical skills for clients and simplifying financial performance reviews. William is the partner responsible for Technical Matters including International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Updates in ABA Alliance and is a subscriber to International Accounting/Auditing Standards Boards thereby receiving periodic updates of all amendments and/or Exposure Drafts.

Apart from audit, William has performed a handful of advisory assignments including preparing Business Plans, preparation of Financial Manuals, and tax consultancy services
